BBQ Baked Beans

60 oz can your choice pork and beans
˝ cup onions, chopped
1 cup brown sugar
˝ cup Traeger BBQ Sauce
Start your Traeger and switch to “High”, pre-heat for 10 minutes, then
switch to “Smoke”. Mix above ingredients in a large flame proof pan or
kettle and cover. Place on grill. Cook 3 ˝ hours, stirring beans every ˝
hour. After 3 ˝ hours switch to high and cook 30 minutes. Remove and
serve. .
Recommended pellets: Hickory, Maple or Mesquite.
Corn on the Cob

ears corn per person, husks left on
2 cubes butter (1/2 lb), softened
salt and pepper to taste
Carefully peel back green corn husks, remove corn silk. Rub corn with
butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Close husks over corn, tying tops
closed with kitchen twine. Submerge corn in cold water for 10 minutes.
Start your Traeger and switch to “High”. Place ears of corn on grill and
cook until done, approximately 20-30 minutes. Be careful not to burn
corn.
Recommended pellets: Hickory, or Maple.
Mesquite Grilled Veggies
2
zucchini, cubed
4 red potatoes, cubed
8 whole large cap mushrooms
2 tomatoes, quartered
1 16 oz jar Traeger Pork and Poultry Shake or Salmon Shake
Wash and prepare vegetables as directed above. Place on skewers and gently
brush with olive oil. Lightly sprinkle Traeger Shake on the vegetables.
Start your Traeger and switch to “High” and allow to pre-heat 30 minutes.
Using a vegetable grill sprayed with Pam, place veggies on grill and cook
until lightly browned and medium tender. Serves 4 people.
